As I’ve been sharing glimpses of this piece, “Brainstorm,” a few of you have noticed it doesn’t quite look like my usual work. You’re right. This isn’t my typical style, and that’s exactly why it matters to me.

This mosaic pushes into a more intense, almost unsettling space—some people may not connect with it, and some might even dislike it. I’m okay with that. Part of being an artist, for me, is letting the glass lead me into places that aren’t always comfortable, but are honest and alive.

I’m committed to continuing to do things with glass that stretch my creativity, challenge me, and keep me excited about showing up in the studio. Even when the work feels risky or strange, that’s often where the real growth happens. Thanks for being here with me while I explore what’s possible.
